To redeem product pursuant at promotional and/or sample offer (each, a “Program”), please follow the directions and guidelines listed with each specific Program. When required, include your Avantor purchase order, invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase. Remember to indicate the Offer Code found with each Program. While individual promotional offers are limited to one per customer, you may redeem more than one offer appearing on this website. Program effective and expiration dates can be found on each promotional document. Requests to redeem promotional or sample offers pursuant to a Program must be received by the expiration date listed on each piece. Void outside the United States, where prohibited or restricted by law or company policy and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Open to individual legal residents of the fifty United States and/or the District of Columbia and Canada who have attained the age of 18 years or older as of the Program beginning date, excluding employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies. BY PLACING A REQUEST TO REDEEM A PROMOTIONAL AND/OR SAMPLE OFFER, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM, AND YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

When applicable allow six to eight weeks for delivery of promotional and/or sample item. Promotional and/or sample item may be shipped separately from order. All offers are while supplies last.

All emails and any other personal data collected in the course of a promotion or sample offer will be handled in accordance with our Data Privacy Statement.

All prices and specifications listed in Programs are current at the time of typesetting and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars. IN NO EVENT SHALL AVANTOR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO, AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCTS PROVIDED PURSUANT TO A PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.
