ZIMP10 Antibody: ZIMP10, also known as ZMIZ1, is a novel PIAS (protein inhibitor of activated signal transducer and activator of transcription)-like protein initially identified as a transcriptional co-activator of the androgen receptor (AR). ZIMP10 and the related protein ZIMP7 interact with PIAS3 and enhances AR-mediated transcription. Later experiments showed that ZIMP10 is also a co-activator of the p53 tumor suppressor. DPF3 is a muscle-specific component of the BAF complex, a multiprotein complex involved in transcriptional activation and repression of select genes by chromatin remodeling (alteration of DNA-nucleosome topology). DPF3 specifically binds acetylated lysines on histone 3 and 4 (H3K14ac, H3K9ac, H4K5ac, H4K8ac, H4K12ac, H4K16ac). Hp66beta (GATAD2B), previously identified as a component of the human MeCP1 complex, is a second member of a p66 gene family (hp66alpha and hp66beta). Both proteins interact with MBD2 and MBD3 functionally and biochemically. Both factors function in synergy, since knocking-down p66alpha affects the repressive function of p66beta and vice versa. Endofin (also known as ZFYVE16) is an endosomal FYVE domian protein implicated in regulating membrane trafficking. Endofin has been shown to localize to early endosomes.
