Anti-PLCB1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)

Supplier: Bioss

Phospholipase C beta 1 catalyzes the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. This reaction uses calcium as a cofactor and plays an important role in the intracellular transduction of many extracellular signals. Its gene is activated by two G-protein alpha subunits, alpha-q and alpha-11. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for its gene.

Anti-ITGA4 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (APC (Allophycocyanin)) [clone: DATK32]

Supplier: Prosci

The DATK32 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with an epitoPE of the Mouse alpha-4-beta-7 integrin (LPAM-1). The two subunits of the LPAM-1 heterodimer are the 154 kDa alpha-4 and the 130 kDa beta-7. Most mature lymphocytes, a subset of bone marrow cells, and some of the thymic cells express the alpha-4-beta-7 integrin heterodimer. alpha-4-beta-7 enhances the transendothelial migration of lymphocytes, and interacts with several ligands (fibronectin, CD106, and MAdCAM-1). The interaction of DATK32 with the alpha-4-beta-7 induces the alpha-4-beta-7-dependent lymphocyte aggregation and inhibits LPAM-1-dediated cell adhesion.

Anti-CCL4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)

Supplier: Bioss

MIP1 alpha and MIP1 beta were originally co-purified from medium conditioned by an LPS-stimulated murine macrophage cell line. Human MIP1 beta refers to the products of several independently cloned cDNAs, including Act2, PAT 744, hH400, G26, HIMAP, HC21, and MAD 5a. The predicted protein products of these cDNAs represent variants that are between 94% - 98% identical and these proteins are all approximately 75% homologous to murine MIP1 beta. MIP1 beta also shares approximately 70% amino acid identity with MIP1 alpha. MIP1 proteins are expressed primarily in T cells, B cells, and monocytes after antigen or mitogen stimulation. The MIP1 proteins have chemoattractant and adhesive effects on lymphocytes, with MIP1 alpha and MIP1 beta preferentially attracting CD8+ and CD4+ T cells, respectively. A signal transducing receptor designated the CC chemokine receptor 1 (CC CKR1) with seven transmembrane domains that binds MIP1 alpha, MIP1 beta, MCP1 and RANTES with varying affinities has been isolated.

Anti-IKK beta Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: Bioss

IKK beta (I-Kappa-B kinase-beta) is a member of the IKK complex which is composed of IKK alpha, IKK beta, IKK gamma and IKAP. Phosphorylation of I-Kappa-B on a serine residue by the IKK complex frees NF-kB from I-Kappa-B and marks it for degradation via ubiquination. IKK beta has been shown to activate NF-kB and phosphorylate IKB alpha and beta. Phosphorylation of 2 sites at the activation loop of IKK beta is essential for activation of IKK by TNF and IL1. Once activated, IKK beta autophosphorylates which in turn decreases IKK activity and prevents prolonged activation of the inflammatory response. Additionally, IKK beta activity can also be regulated by MEKK1.

Anti-TCRB Hamster Monoclonal Antibody (violetFluor® 450) [clone: H57-597]

Supplier: Prosci

The H57-597 monoclonal antibody is specific for the beta chain of the mouse T cell Receptor (TCR). The crosslinking induces activation and proliferation of T cells, as a plate-bound or a soluble H57-597, or the plate-bound antibody can induce apoptosis, based on assay conditions. The beta chain of the TCR can combine with the alpha chain of the receptor to produce the alpha-beta TCR, which is expressed by the NKT cells, by the NK1.1+ thymocytes and most of the T cells. The beta chain does not react with the gamma-delta TCR-bearing cells, expressed by a small number of T cells. This antibody can be used as a phenotypic marker for the TCR beta expressing cells or for the functional purpose of TCR-mediated cell activation or apoptosis.BG Violet 450 conjugate is an alternative to the Pacific Blue, eFluor 450, or BD Horizon V450 dyes. It is excited by the violet (405 nm) laser, with a peak emission of 450nm.

Anti-CRYAB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: Bioss

Crystallins are separated into two classes: taxon-specific, or enzyme, and ubiquitous. The latter class constitutes the major proteins of vertebrate eye lens and maintains the transparency and refractive index of the lens. Since lens central fiber cells lose their nuclei during development, these crystallins are made and then retained throughout life, making them extremely stable proteins. Mammalian lens crystallins are divided into alpha, beta, and gamma families; beta and gamma crystallins are also considered as a superfamily. Alpha and beta families are further divided into acidic and basic groups. Seven protein regions exist in crystallins: four homologous motifs, a connecting peptide, and N- and C-terminal extensions. Alpha crystallins are composed of two gene products: alpha-A and alpha-B, for acidic and basic, respectively. Alpha crystallins can be induced by heat shock and are members of the small heat shock protein (sHSP also known as the HSP20) family. They act as molecular chaperones although they do not renature proteins and release them in the fashion of a true chaperone; instead they hold them in large soluble aggregates. Post-translational modifications decrease the ability to chaperone. These heterogeneous aggregates consist of 30-40 subunits; the alpha-A and alpha-B subunits have a 3:1 ratio, respectively. Two additional functions of alpha crystallins are an autokinase activity and participation in the intracellular architecture. Alpha-A and alpha-B gene products are differentially expressed; alpha-A is preferentially restricted to the lens and alpha-B is expressed widely in many tissues and organs. Elevated expression of alpha-B crystallin occurs in many neurological diseases; a missense mutation cosegregated in a family with a desmin-related myopathy. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
