Anti-TUBB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-TUBB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Proteintech

There are five tubulins in human cells: alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and epsilon. Tubulins are conserved across species. They form heterodimers, which multimerize to form a microtubule filament. An alpha and beta tubulin heterodimer is the basic structural unit of microtubules. The heterodimer does not come apart, once formed. The alpha and beta tubulins, which are each about 55 kDa MW, are homologous but not identical. Alpha, beta, and gamma tubulins have all been used as loading controls. Tubulin expression may vary according to resistance to antimicrobial and antimitotic drugs.

Anti-TUBA3C Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-TUBA3C Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

Alpha-tubulin belongs to the tubulin superfamily, which is composed of six distinct families. Along with beta-tubulins, alpha-tubulins are the major components of microtubules. These microtubules are involved in a wide variety of cellular activities ranging from mitosis and transport events to cell movement and the maintenance of cell shape. Alpha- and beta-tubulin dimers are assembled to 13 protofilaments that form a microtubule of 22-nm diameter (reviewed in 1). Tyrosine ligase adds a C-terminal tyrosine to monomeric alpha-tubulin. Assembled microtubules can again be detyrosinated by a cytoskeleton-associated carboxypeptidase (2). Another post-translational modification of detyrosinated alpha-tubulin is C-terminal polyglutamylation, which is characteristic of microtubules in neuronal cells and the mitotic spindle (3). Like GAPDH and beta-Actin, this antibody makes an excellent loading control in immunoblots.

Anti-ITGAV Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 555)

Supplier: Bioss

Integrins are heterodimeric cell surface receptors composed of alpha and beta subunits, which mediate cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix attachments. Aberrant integrin expression has been found in many epithelial tumours. Changes in integrin expression have been shown to be important for the growth and early metastatic capacity of melanoma cells. Integrin alpha-v beta-6 is upregulated in cancers and during tissue remodelling but is absent from resting adult tissues. Integrin alpha-v beta-6 promotes invasion and correlates with poor survival and therefore makes a promising therapeutic target.

Anti-CD8a Rat Monoclonal Antibody (FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate)) [clone: 2.43]

Supplier: BIOGEMS INTERNATIONAL INC.

The 2.43 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with mouse CD8 antigen. CD8a (the alpha chains) form heterodimers with CD8b (the beta chains) or homodimers (alpha-alpha), which occur as receptors on the surface of the majority of thymocytes. A subpopulation of mature T lymphocytes expresses the CD8 alpha beta (alpha beta TCR T cells), and a subpopulation of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes and dendritic cells express CD8a without CD8b. CD8 interacts with the mouse major histocompatibility complex class I (MHC class I) molecules on antigen-presenting cells or epithelial cells.

Anti-IKK beta Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

IKK beta (I-Kappa-B kinase-beta) is a member of the IKK complex which is composed of IKK alpha, IKK beta, IKK gamma and IKAP. Phosphorylation of I-Kappa-B on a serine residue by the IKK complex frees NF-kB from I-Kappa-B and marks it for degradation via ubiquination. IKK beta has been shown to activate NF-kB and phosphorylate IKB alpha and beta. Phosphorylation of 2 sites at the activation loop of IKK beta is essential for activation of IKK by TNF and IL1. Once activated, IKK beta autophosphorylates which in turn decreases IKK activity and prevents prolonged activation of the inflammatory response. Additionally, IKK beta activity can also be regulated by MEKK1.

Human Recombinant Hemoglobin alpha (from E. coli)

Supplier: Prosci

Hemoglobin subunit alpha 1 (HBA1), also known as alpha2 beta 2, is a hetero-tetramer consisting of two alpha and two beta subunits held together by non-covalent interactions. Each subunit contains a heme group with an iron atom in the Fe2+ state. Cooperativity of Hemoglobin (Hb) in binding with O2 and allosteric regulatory binding properties with CO2, H+, Cl−, and 2,3-DPG (2,3-bisphosphoglycerate) are based on subunit interactions. HBA1 is the most common type of Hb in adult humans, which mediates the transport of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood. In recent years, Hb alpha and beta chains have been found co-expressed in alveolar cells, mesangial cells of the kidney, retinal ganglion cells, hepatocytes and neurons. Endothelial and peripheral catecholaminergic cells express exclusively the alpha chain, while macrophages present the beta chain only.

Anti-ITGA4 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (APC (Allophycocyanin)) [clone: DATK32]

Supplier: Prosci

The DATK32 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with an epitoPE of the Mouse alpha-4-beta-7 integrin (LPAM-1). The two subunits of the LPAM-1 heterodimer are the 154 kDa alpha-4 and the 130 kDa beta-7. Most mature lymphocytes, a subset of bone marrow cells, and some of the thymic cells express the alpha-4-beta-7 integrin heterodimer. alpha-4-beta-7 enhances the transendothelial migration of lymphocytes, and interacts with several ligands (fibronectin, CD106, and MAdCAM-1). The interaction of DATK32 with the alpha-4-beta-7 induces the alpha-4-beta-7-dependent lymphocyte aggregation and inhibits LPAM-1-dediated cell adhesion.

Mouse Recombinant MIP1B (from E. coli)

Supplier: Prosci

Both MIP-1 alpha and MIP-1 beta are structurally and functionally related CC chemokines. They participate in the host response to invading bacterial, viral, parasite and fungal pathogens by regulating the trafficking and activation state of selected subgroups of inflammatory cells e.g. macrophages, lymphocytes and NK cells. While both MIP-1 alpha and MIP-1 beta exert similar effects on monocytes their effect on lymphocytes differ; with MIP-1 alpha selectively attracting CD8+ lymphocytes and MIP-1 beta selectively attracting CD4+ lymphocytes. Additionally, MIP-1 alpha and MIP-1 beta have also been shown to be potent chemoattractants for B cells, eosinophils and dendritic cells. Both human and murine MIP-1 alpha and MIP-1 beta are active on human and murine hematopoietic cells. Recombinant murine MIP-1 beta is a 7.8 kDa protein containing 69 amino acid residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.

Anti-TCRB Hamster Monoclonal Antibody (violetFluor® 450) [clone: H57-597]

Supplier: Prosci

The H57-597 monoclonal antibody is specific for the beta chain of the mouse T cell Receptor (TCR). The crosslinking induces activation and proliferation of T cells, as a plate-bound or a soluble H57-597, or the plate-bound antibody can induce apoptosis, based on assay conditions. The beta chain of the TCR can combine with the alpha chain of the receptor to produce the alpha-beta TCR, which is expressed by the NKT cells, by the NK1.1+ thymocytes and most of the T cells. The beta chain does not react with the gamma-delta TCR-bearing cells, expressed by a small number of T cells. This antibody can be used as a phenotypic marker for the TCR beta expressing cells or for the functional purpose of TCR-mediated cell activation or apoptosis.BG Violet 450 conjugate is an alternative to the Pacific Blue, eFluor 450, or BD Horizon V450 dyes. It is excited by the violet (405 nm) laser, with a peak emission of 450nm.
