Anti-MS4A1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 109-3C2]
Supplier: Biotium
This antibody recognizes a protein of 30-33 kDa, which is identified as CD20 (Workshop V; Code CD20.12. Workshop IV; Code B17). It This antibody recognizes an extracellular domain of CD20. It is a non-Ig differentiation antigen of B-cells and its expression is restricted to normal and neoplastic B-cells, being absent from all other leukocytes and tissues. CD20 is expressed by pre B-cells and persists during all stages of B-cell maturation but is lost upon terminal differentiation into plasma cells. The protein passes through the membrane 4 times with both ends in cytoplasm and exposes one short and one longer loop to the external environment. CD20 is not glycosylated in resting B-cells and its cytoplasmic domains are differentially phosphorylated upon activation. It acts as calcium channel involved in B cell activation and cell cycle progression.

Anti-MS4A1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5.5®)
Supplier: Bioss
B lymphocytes marker CD20 is a non glycosylated protein with a molecular weight of 35 or 37 kDa depending on the degree of phosphorylation. Although not a member of the tetraspanin superfamily of cell surface receptors, it crosses the cell membrane four times. The CD20 antigen is present on human pre B lymphocytes and on B lymphocytes at all stages of maturation, except on plasma cells. Low level expression of the CD20 antigen has been detected on normal T lymphocytes. The CD20 molecule is involved in regulation of B cell differentiation, presumably via its reported function as a Ca++ channel subunit.

Anti-MS4A1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (violetFluor® 450) [clone: 2H7]
Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
The 2H7 antibody reacts with human CD20, expressed by pre-B cells, resting and activated B cells, follicular dendritic cells and a small subset of T cells, but not on plasma cells. CD20 is a 33-37 kDa transmembrane protein which is differentially phosphorylated in resting and active B cells. The CD20 molecule plays a role in regulating B-cell activation.

Anti-CD20 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
CD20 is a 33-37 kDa transmembrane phosphoprotein. CD20 is a B-lymphocyte surface molecule that is widely expressed during B-cell ontogeny, from early pre-B-cell developmental stages until final differentiation into plasma cells. CD20 functions as calcium-permeable cation channel. It is involved in the regulation of B-cell activation and proliferation. CD20 serves as a useful target for antibody-mediated therapeutic depletion of B-cells.
