Anti-PAX-8 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 4H7B3]
Supplier: Diagnostic Biosystems
PAX 8 is expressed in a high percentage of renal cell carcinomas and ovarian cancers. This mouse monoclonal PAX 8 antibody [4H7B3] has been designed to target restricted epitopes, and exhibits higher specificity and provides sharper staining than the PAX 8 rabbit polyclonal antibody. Unlike the polyclonal PAX 8, this mouse monoclonal antibody does not stain B-cells, and does not recognize epitopes of pancreatic origin and neuroendocrine cells in stomach and colon; thus providing superior specificity. The expression of the mouse monoclonal PAX 8 targets antigens found in normal kidney, thyroid and cervix, but not normal ovary. PAX 8 stains nuclei exclusively and performs well in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues.

Anti-CD10 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 56C6]
Supplier: Diagnostic Biosystems
The common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA/CD10) is a single-pass type II transmembrane metallo-endopeptidase that cleaves and inactivates a variety of peptide growth factors important for signal transduction including the enkephalins, bombesin and substance P. CD10 is expressed by a number of hematopoietic cells such as immature T and B cells, B cells of the germinal centers of lymphoid follicles and granulocytes. It also reacts with a variety of non-hematopoietic cells, including epithelial cells in GI tract and kidney tubular. In liver, the bile canaliculi shows a moderate to strong staining. CD10 has been used for the identification and classification of certain types of malignant lymphoma and leukemia. CD10 is expressed in a high percentage of cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, follicular lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, some hematopoietic tumors, and chronic myelogenous leukemias in lymphoid blast crisis. It is also known to be a marker of endometrial stromal cells. It is helpful in differentiating endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS) from uterine cellular leiomyoma (UCL) and uterine leiomyosarcoma (ULS).

Anti-E-Cadherin Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: SPM471]
Supplier: Diagnostic Biosystems
E-cadherin (uvomorulin, cell-CAM120/80) is a calcium dependent cell adhesion molecule expressed predominately in epithelial tissues. It plays an important role in the growth and development of cells via the mechanisms of control of tissue architecture and the maintenance of tissue integrity. Numerous studies have demonstrated that reduction and/or loss of E-cadherin expression in carcinomas correlates positively with the potential of these tumors for invasion and metastasis.
