Anti-ANP32A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
PHAP Antibody: Apoptosis is related to many diseases and development. Caspase-9 plays a central role in cell death induced by a variety of apoptosis activators. Cytochrome c, after released from mitochondria, binds to Apaf-1, which forms an apoptosome that in turn binds to and activate procaspase-9. Activated caspase-9 cleaves and activates the effector caspases (caspase-3, -6 and -7), which are responsible for the proteolytic cleavage of many key proteins in apoptosis. The tumor suppressor putative HLA-DR-associated proteins (PHAPs) were recently identified as important regulators of mitochondrion apoptosis. PHAP appears to facilitate apoptosome-medicated caspase-9 activation and to stimulate the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway. PHAP was also shown to oppose both Ras- and Myc-medicated cell transformation.

Anti-DHX32 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 350)
Supplier: Bioss
DEAD-box proteins, characterized by the conserved motif Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp, are putative RNA helicases implicated in several cellular processes involving modifications of RNA secondary structure and ribosome/spliceosome assembly. Based on their distribution patterns, some members of this family may be involved in embryogenesis, spermatogenesis, and cellular growth and division. DDX32 is a 743 amino acid nuclear protein that localizes to the mitochondria and is a member of the DEAD box helicase family. Expressed in various tissues, DDX32 is up-regulated by ionomycin in T lymphocytes and down-regulated in acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Considered a novel RNA helicase, DDX32 may play an important role in the development of colorectal cancer and may be involved in regulating T-cell response to certain apoptotic stimuli.

Anti-SLC26A1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
SLC26A1 is a member of sulfate/anion transporter family. Family members are well conserved in their protein (aa length among species) structures, but have markedly different tissue expression patterns. Its gene is primarily expressed in the liver, pancreas, and brain. This gene is a member of a family of sulfate/anion transporter genes. Family members are well conserved in their genomic (number and size of exons) and protein (aa length among species) structures, but have markedly different tissue expression patterns. This gene is primarily expressed in the liver, pancreas, and brain. Three splice variants that encode different isoforms have been identified.

Anti-LRRC32 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (APC (Allophycocyanin)) [clone: GARP5]
Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
The GARP5 antibody reacts with human GARP, also known as LRRC32 or Garpin, an 80 kDa transmembrane protein which acts as a receptor for the latent form of TGF-beta 1 (pro-TGF-beta), preventing its secretion. Specifically, GARP is reported to associate with the pro-domain of TGF-beta 1, known as latency-associated peptide (LAP), which must be cleaved to release the biologically active cytokine. The putative role of GARP in sequestering the TGF-beta is important for regulating its activity, as TGF-beta signaling is involved in development and function of Th17, Treg and many other immune cell types. GARP expression has been shown on platelets and at high levels on Foxp3+ Treg cells, where it is proposed to be a phenotypic identifier for activated human Treg cells.
