Anti-SIGLEC10 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: Bioss

SIGLEC10 is a putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. It preferentially binds to alpha2,3- or 2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface. In the immune response, may act as an inhibitory receptor upon ligand induced tyrosine phosphorylation by recruiting cytoplasmic phosphatase(s) via their SH2 domain(s) that block signal transduction through dephosphorylation of signaling molecules. SIGLEC10 interacts with PTPN6/SHP-1 upon phosphorylation. The protein is expressed by peripheral blood leukocytes (eosinophils, monocytes and a natural killer cell subpopulation).

Anti-QDPR Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-QDPR Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Proteintech

Dihydropteridine reductase (QDPR), also named as DHPR and HDHPR, is an essential enzyme in the hydroxylating system of the aromatic amino acids, since it catalyses the regeneration of tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4), the natural cofactor of phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan hydroxylases, from the quininoid-dihydrobiopterin produced in these coupled reactions. The QDPR protein is active as a dimer, with a subunit Mr of 26 kDa. This protein belongs to the short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) family. Defects in QDPR are the cause of BH4-deficient hyperphenylalaninemia type C (HPABH4C).

Human Recombinant CCL26 (from E. coli)

Supplier: Prosci

Chemokine Ligand 26 protein (CCL26) is a novel small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family which is involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. CCL26 is constitutively expressed in thymus, but only transiently expressed in phytohemagglutinin-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It specifically binds and induces chemotaxis in T cells and elicits its effects by interacting with the chemokine receptor CCR4. CCL26, along with Eotaxin-1 and Eotaxin-2, selectively activates the CC chemokine receptor 3 (CCR3). The Eotaxin-3-CCR3 interaction may play an important role in allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis and bronchial asthma. The full-length cDNA for CCL26 encodes a protein of 94 amino acids with a putative signal peptide of either 23 or 26 amino acid residues. Both the 71 and 68 amino acid residue variants of recombinant CCL26 demonstrate equal potency in inducing chemotaxis of a human CCR3-transfected cell line. Unlike most other CC chemokines, CCL26 maps to human chromosome 7q11.2, within 40 kilobases of the Eotaxin-2 loci. CCL26 and Eotaxin-2 are unique in that they are the only chemokines identified to date that map to chromosome 7.

Anti-LIAS Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-LIAS Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Proteintech

LIAS(lipoyl synthase, mitochondrial) is also named as LAS and belongs to the radical SAM superfamily and lipoyl synthase family. It produces alpha-lipoic acid, an antioxidant and an essential cofactor in alpha-ketoacid dehydrogenase complexes, which participate in glucose oxidation and ATP generation. The deduced 373-amino acid protein has a calculated molecular mass of about 42 kD. The N-terminal 26 amino acids encode a potential mitochondrial targeting presequence that, upon removal, would result in a deduced mature protein of 347 amino acids with a molecular mass of about 39 kD. Defects in LIAS are a cause of pyruvate dehydrogenase lipoic acid synthetase deficiency (PDHLD).

Human;Mouse;Rat Recombinant BMP-2 (from CHO cells)

Supplier: Peprotech

BMPs (Bone Morphogenetic Proteins) belong to the TGF-β superfamily of structurally related signaling proteins. BMP-2 is a potent osteoinductive cytokine, capable of inducing bone and cartilage formation in association with an osteoconductive carrier such as collagen and synthetic hydroxyapatite. In addition to its osteogenic activity, BMP-2 appears to play an important role in cardiac morphogenesis, and is expressed in a variety of other tissues, including lung, liver, spleen, prostate, ovary, and small intestine. The functional form of BMP-2 is a 26 kDa protein composed of two identical 114 amino acid polypeptide chains (monomers) linked by a single disulfide bond. Each BMP-2 monomer is expressed as the C-terminal part of a precursor polypeptide, which also contains a 23 amino acid signal sequence for secretion, and a 259 amino acid propeptide. After dimerization of this precursor, the covalent bonds between the propeptide (which is also a disulfide-linked homodimer) and the mature BMP-2 ligand are cleaved by a furin-type protease.
