Biotix® uTIP Racked- Non-Filtered, Low Retention, Pre-Sterilized Universal pipette Tips are designed to improve ergonomics by lowering the necessary insertion and ejection force by 66 to 80% to make a secure seal. This is achieved through the patented Flexfit™ and Blade™ technologies. All Biotix® tips are manufactured with X-Resin™, a proprietary ultra-low retention resin which results in tighter CV values.

  • The FlexFit™ seal is able to be secured with just the weight of a pipettor
  • Blade™ Technology lowers the chance of hanging droplet formation by optimizing surface area at the distal end of the tip

Biotix® uTIP™ pipette tips fit all standard pipettors and are designed to improve ergonomics by lowering insertion and ejection forces by 66 to 80%

All Biotix® tips are certified free of RNase, DNase, Pyrogens, and PCR Inhibitors. They are manufactured under stringent controls in an ISO 9001 certified facility. Each lot is tested for accuracy and precision, ensuring superior quality and compatibility. All raw materials are controlled and inspected for quality. All racks include a label with a unique bar-coded serial number, part number, and description for traceability to the individual rack.

X-Resin®, a proprietary ultra-low retention resin, ensures minimal sample retention in the tip, improving the accuracy and precision of all results.

Chem-Resin™ provides a solution for working with challenging strong polar solvents or highly electronegative reagents. The tips have a more neutral surface tension. This reduced hydrophobicity on the surface facilitates low volume draw and drip-free dispense of these classes of chemicals.
