This product comes pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use, no dilution necessary. There is also an extra vial of 6X loading dye included in the 50µg/500µl ladder pack.
Typical load per well is 5 µl. Product is sufficient for 100 gel lanes (applications).
The 100bp DNA Ladder is a unique combination of a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes and PCR products to yield 12 fragments, suitable for use as molecular weight standards for electrophoresis. The enhanced intensity of the 500bp fragment was designed for quick and easy determination of electrophoresis results.
