Tecan sterile purity tips are tested on a lot-by-lot basis in an external accredited laboratory, and are free from human DNA, DNase, RNase and endotoxins. These are certified to be sterile, with a guaranteed Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶ and are supplied packaged in ANSI/SLAS-format boxes and are used in applications such as cell biology, microbiology and cell-based screening.
