Ace Glass has developed a simple base system building platform which allows any reactor system to be customized using catalog and/or custom-designed parts.
Ordering information: Base reactor system includes universal stand with motor mount, unjacketed spherical flask with flush seal valve, three neck head, CAPFE O-ring and quick-release clamp for head, PTFE Ace-Thred bearing for stir shaft, glass stir shaft, shaft collar and shaft coupling, 45° upper turbine, multi-paddle style lower agitator, flush drain seal valve with O-ring, beaded pipe coupling, aluminum heating mantle, girdle mantle, pilot plant temperature controller, thermocouple, thermocouple extension cord, Ace-Thred adapter for thermocouple, reducing adapter, PTFE-clad copper heat exchange cooling coil, and Ace-Thred adapters for coil.
