Ace Glass has developed a simple base system building platform which allows any reactor system to be customized using catalog and/or custom-designed parts.
Ordering information: Base reactor system includes universal stand with motor mount, unjacketed flask, multi-neck head, O-ring/gasket and quick-release clamp for head, cap, O-ring, and quick-release clamp for addition port on head, PTFE Ace-Thred bearing for stir shaft, glass stir shaft, shaft collar and shaft coupling, upper turbine, multi-paddle style lower agitator, flush drain seal valve with O-ring, beaded pipe couplings, aluminum heating mantle, girdle mantle, pilot plant temperature controller, thermocouple, thermocouple extension cord, Ace-Thred adapter for thermocouple, PTFE-clad copper heat exchange cooling coil, and Ace-Thred adapters for coil. 30 L and larger reactors also include a 30"-lb torque wrench and a 1/4" socket.
