It is compatible with most digestion block systems and features clear graduations (to Class A specifications). It is made of a high quality polypropylene plastic which is resistant to trace metal leaching. Primarily used in environmental testing labs, this versatile disposable collection tube comes with an attached cap eliminating inefficiencies associated with juggling separate screw on caps and vials.

This also helps reduce the risk of mismatching of samples. The attached lid is textured and can be used as a writing surface. The lid can also be tilted into an angled position to allow venting of samples similar to the function of the 'watch glass', an expensive accessory which is typically sold separately by the competition.
