Simply tilt them forward and backward with one finger to easily and rapidly pick up the desired slide. Bar codes can be read without having to remove the slides from the box. For space saving purposes, two slides can be stored per slot. For maximum storage space, simply remove the tray and line up 400 slides in three rows for long term storage. The front of the slide box is smooth for direct writing or label placement. Two index cards, numbered 1–100, are supplied with each box. Not autoclavable.
