The Optifix® SOLVENT dispenser is useful for all organic solvents and materials that swell PTFE. The piston is glass. The Optifix® SOLVENT dispenser with vapor trap is designed specifically to trap organic vapors, moisture, and/or gases before they enter the bottle and contaminate the solvent.
The Optifix® SAFETY dispenser is for strong fuming acids, brominated compounds, and strong-smelling reagents. The piston is glass sheathed in PTFE and made with an additional lipseal to prevent fumes from escaping.
The Optifix® HF dispenser is for hydrofluoric acid. The dispenser construction is almost all PTFE.
The piston is glass sheathed in thick PTFE.
