Bottles withstand repeated application of full vacuum for 24-hour periods at room temperature (20 °C, 68 °F). Use as waste aspirator bottle (with Barbed Bulkhead Fittings 16225-232) or as a vessel for scale-up activities in cell culture applications.
Note: Before autoclaving, set cap on top of bottle without engaging threads.
