DuPont™ Tychem® 4000 delivers effective protection against a range of chemical environments.

DuPont™ Tychem® SL material provides effective protection against a wide range of chemicals. Tychem® SL material utilizes Saranex® 23-P film laminated to Tyvek® fabric, resulting in a rugged, durable, and abrasion-resistant garment. The fabric offers a minimum of 30 minutes of protection against over 124 chemical challenges. Coveralls are ideally suited for chemical mixing, hazardous remediation, emergency medical response, paint spraying, and nuclear environment applications.

Tychem® 4000, utilizes Saranex™ 23-P film laminated to Tyvek® fabric to provide a rugged and durable fabric that resists abrasion. Tychem® 4000 fabric provides at least 30 minutes of protection against >124 chemical challenges. Typical applications: chemical mixing, hazardous remediation, emergency medical response, paint spraying, and nuclear environments. Taped seams provide strong chemical resistance against heavy liquid splashes. A sewn seam is covered with a strip of compatible chemical-resistant material through heat sealing. Coveralls feature an attached hood with elastic around face opening and elastic openings at wrists for a tighter fit. Storm flap covers zipper, which can be sealed by the wearer with adhesive strip to prevent intrusion at zipper. Integrated socks are composed of the same garment material.
