About this item

Low-maintenance, oil-free diaphragm vacuum pumps provide a reliable vacuum source for a variety of laboratory products including CentriVap Centrifugal Concentrators, FreeZone Freeze Dry Systems, RapidVap Vacuum Evaporation Systems, and Protector and Precise Controlled Atmosphere Glove Boxes.

These pumps require no oil, providing cleaner operation

VACUUBRAND Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps are sized for use with CentriVap Centrifugal Concentrators, RapidVap Vacuum Evaporation Systems and Vacuum Desiccators and have uses with many other pieces of laboratory equipment that require a vacuum source. The wetted parts of these pumps are PTFE coated for corrosion resistance. Displacement capacities range from 33 to 70 liters per minute. Vacuum outlet is 1/2” OD. 3/8" hose barb inlet connector. Models with a displacement capacity of 33 to 38 liters vacuum to 7 mBar. Models with a displacement capacity of 65 to 70 liters vacuum to 1.5 mBar.

Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps are also available for drying train circulation in Protector and Precise Glove Boxes. Single cylinder, oil-free diaphragm pumps with permanently lubricated bearings and mounted on rubber feet. Provide 206 mBar ultimate vacuum. 1/8 hp motor. Die cast aluminum. 3/8" OD diameter inlet and outlet connections. Models with a displacement capacity of 35 to 42 liters provide 206 mBar ultimate vacuum.

The oil-free design eliminates the misting, handling, and disposal of contaminated oil associated with rotary vane pumps. Service intervals are recommended at 10,000 to 15,000 hours.
