About this item

25/100bp mixed DNA ladder is specially designed for determining the size of double strand DNA from 25–2000 base pairs

The DNA Ladder consists of 17 double strand DNA fragments ranging in size from 25 to 200 bp in 25 bp increments, and additional fragments of 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 2000 bp. The 150, 500, 1000, and 2000 bp bands are approximately two to three times brighter for easy identification. 100bp DNA Ladder is specially designed for determining the size of double strand DNA from 100 to 2000 base pairs. The DNA Ladder consists of 13 double strand DNA fragments ranging in sizes from 100 to 1000 bp in 100 bp increments, and additional fragments of 1200, 1600, 2000 bp. The 500, 1000, and 2000 bp bands are two to three times brighter for easy identification. 100 bp plus DNA ladder is specially designed for determining the size of double strand DNA from 100 to 10,200 base pairs. The DNA ladder consists of 19 double strand DNA fragments ranging in sizes from 100 to 1000 bp in 100 bp increments, and additional fragments of 1200, 1600, 2000, 2961, 4000, 5007, 5991, 8000, and 10,200bp. The 500, 1000, and 2000 bp bands are two to three times brighter for easy identification.

1Kb DNA Ladder is specially designed for determining the size of double strand DNA from 500–10,000 base pairs. The DNA ladder consists of DNA fragments 0.5, 1.0, 1.6, 2.0, 3.0 (2.961), 4.0, 5.0 (5.007), 6.0 (5.991), 8.0, and 10.2 (10.200) kilo base pairs. The 2.961Kb band is approximately two to three times brighter for easy identification.

Lambda DNA/Hind III marker is designed for determining double strand DNA from 125 to 23,130 base pairs. The marker is prepared by digesting Lambda DNA to completion with Hind III, followed by phenol inactivation of the enzyme.

Lambda DNA/EcoR I marker is designed for determining double strand DNA from 3530 to 21,226 base pairs. The marker is prepared by digesting Lambda DNA to completion with EcoR I, followed by phenol inactivation of the enzyme.

Lambda DNA / EcoR I + Hind III marker is designed for determining double strand DNA from 125 to 21,226 base pairs. The marker is prepared by digesting Lambda DNA to completion with both EcoR I and Hind III, followed by phenol inactivation of the enzyme.

Ordering information: The DNA ladder can be applied directly onto an agarose gel. Marker 95030-432 is not designed for quantitation. Markers 95027-592, -596, and -600 may form additional bands due to annealing of cohesive end, and these fragments can be separated by heating at 60–65°C for 5 minutes and then cooling on ice for three minutes.
Caution: For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Do not heat before loading. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
