The high magnetic field strength of Samarium Cobalt (Rare Earth) magnets can provide up to three times stronger coupling versus Alnico magnetic stirring bars
The octagon shape with pivot ring creates strong turbulence with minimal chattering and friction. Encapsulated in bright green Teflon® PTFE, they are easy to differentiate from other stirring bars and are autoclave safe.
Samarium Cobalt Spinbar® magnetic stirring bars are manufactured in a Registered ISO 9001:2008 facility, as Verified by SGS Certification.
Stronger coupling with the drive magnet keeps the stirring bar centered and rotating effectively.
