Mouse monoclonal antibody to human NOD2, clone 2D9
This antibody has been tested for Western blot of NOD2 transfected 293T lysates and HT29 human colorectal adenocarcinoma lysates (endogenous detection has some background) where a band is seen at ~110 kDa. This antibody is useful for immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded ileum or colon sections. Other applications have not been tested. Suggested working dilutions: *Western Blot:0.5-2 ug/ml (ECL)*The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application.
