Western blot: use at a dilution of 1 / 50 to 1 / 100. Immunohistochemistry: use at a dilution of 1 / 25 - 1 / 50 for 30 - 60 mins at RT(ABC method). Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user. By Western blot, this antibody detects a band of 110 kDa, which corresponds to the predicted molecular weight of Androgen Receptor. For formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections, perform heat mediated antigen retrieval using 10mM citrate buffer pH6.0 before commencing with the IHC staining protocol.
