ELISA: Use at a dilution of 1/200 - 1/1000. IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1/100 - 1/200. IHC-Fr: Use at a dilution of 1/100 - 1/200. Neut: Use at a dilution of 1/200. (Does not neutralise the biological activity of lymphotoxin. For neutralisation, incubate the sample for 4 hours before testing. Control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended). WB: Use at a dilution of 1/100 - 1/200. Detects a band of approximately 26 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 17 kDa, but recognises the cell bound precursor of TNF alpha as 26kDa in western blots).
