About this item
Receptors for the C - C chemokine family include CCR 1, CCR 2A, CCR 3, CCR 4, CCR 5 and the Duffy blood group antigen. The C - C receptors are important in the function of T cell chemotaxis and migration of phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation. The CCR8 receptor in particular mediates CC chemokine I 309 induced monocyte chemo-attraction, HIV 1 envelope fusion and virus infection.
ELISA: Use at a dilution of 1/100000. FACS: 1.3?g/10^6cells/50-100?l. ICC: Use at a dilution of 1/500. IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1/400. WB: Use at a dilution of 1/1000. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
