About this item
This antibody is specific to a cell surface glycoprotein of 80-95 kD, known as CD44. CD44 is expressed on the surface of lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes. This antibody reacts with red cells pretreated with 2-aminoethylisothiouroniumbromide (AET).
For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:25-1:75 in an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at RT. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
