About this item
Understand How a Water Treatment Plant Works.
Here’s the kit you need to help your students develop a working knowledge of the processes performed at a water treatment plant, as well as understand the reasons for each process. On a small scale, students can perform several procedures on “polluted” water. In addition to examining changes in the water after each treatment step, they will observe physical characteristics of water such as clarity, color, odor, and how they are affected from the beginning of the treatment process until the end. Kit contains materials for 15 groups of students, Teacher’s Manual, Student Study Guide, and copymasters.
