About this item
This adapter is threaded at both ends.
- Top is #7 thread
- Bottom is 1/4-inch-28 UNF
- Fabricated from borosilicate glass
The top of this adapter has a #7 thread (this size refers to the I.D. of the tubing above the lower thread, and this corresponds to the column diameter) with a nylon bushing and FETFE o-ring, for use with adjustable feed tubes. The bottom is 1/4-inch-28 UNF.
Caution: To avoid breakage, we do not recommend threading the 1/4-inch-28 UNF end directly into the end fitting of the column. Instead, we recommend you make the connection using 89077-534 connector (NOT included).
