G-Biosciences' Nitrocellulose Membranes are made of high quality, pure nitrocellulose to ensure maximum binding capacity with low background. The nitrocellulose membranes do not contain any support fabric nor detergents, and are compatible with standard transfer conditions.

G-Biosciences' Nitrocellulose Membranes are ideal for Western, Southern and Northern blotting, Dot/Slot blotting, Amino Acid Analysis, etc. G-Biosciences' Nitrocellulose Membranes (0.22 µm pore size) are available in 7.5 x 8.5 cm or 10 x 10 cm sizes.

The pre-cut membranes are supplied sandwiched between blotting paper padding. Simply soak the membrane in transfer buffer and assemble with the gel in a transfer cassette.
