Microprocessor PID temperature controller maintains precise temperature control from 5° above ambient to 65 °C (149 °F)

The triple eccentric drive features permanently lubricated ball bearings. The maintenance-free, brushless DC motor provides a long service life. A Lexan® polycarbonate lid permits viewing of samples from all sides without disturbing internal temperature. Platform dimensions: 19.7Wx27.9Dcm (7³/₄x11").

Optional microtube rack attaches to platform to hold 1.5 ml or 2 ml microtubes and has a capacity of 70 tubes. Units with opaque lid are designed for light sensitive samples.

Easy-to-use controls allow user to adjust temperatures in 1 °C increments. Built-in timer with LED display will show elapsed time, or, when programmed to user-defined limit, will count down to zero and shut off unit. Audible alarm sounds when time reaches zero.
