The PC101 NT and PC201 NT systems each feature a Bourdon dial vacuum gauge that provides relative pressure readings and trend indication, as well as a flow controller. The PC510 NT and PC610 NT systems each feature a CVC3000 vacuum controller and solenoid valve that provides up to 10 multistep vacuum pumping programs, as well as different vacuum supply modes with an intuitive graphic interface.

Pumps are engineered for continuous-duty high-performance use, with flowrates up to 40% higher than competitive models at working vacuum levels. The chemistry-design components feature flowpaths constructed of materials with excellent corrosion resistance, such as PTFE heads and diaphragms. Systems are also equipped with a gas ballast to provide consistent pump performance with condensed vapors. Oil-free pumps eliminate the misting, handling, and disposal of contaminated oil associated with rotary vane pumps. Solvent recovery accessories are made of premium, corrosion-resistant borosilicate glass. Pumps typically operate 10,000 to 15,000 hours between scheduled service.
