These aluminum-FKM diaphragm pumps utilize dry operation technology, eliminating the need to change or monitor oil. Diaphragms provide 10,000 to 15,000 hours of use before replacement, minimizing downtime and servicing. The unique pump design eliminates tedious, trial and error stroke length recalibration. Individually accessible diaphragms and valves simplify servicing. All pumps are equipped with specially engineered pump heads for high flow rates at working vacuum, allowing for reduced process times and higher flow throughput. Before shipping, all pumps must pass rigorous product testing to ensure reliability.
