Ruggedly built to withstand continuous usage. Cast aluminum heating surface reaches a top temperature of 371°C (700°F) in less than 71/2 minutes. The nickel-chromium heating element is embedded in special heat-conducting refractory material for maximum protection. Stepless, thermostatic control allows selection of temperature from approximately 38° to 371°C (100° to 700°F). Perforated stainless steel case.
