Workstation can be used as a safety enclosure, teaching demonstration hood, toxicology or pathology workstation, or still air hood. The main housing unit is formed from one piece of 1cm (³/₈") thick optically clear acrylic for total visibility. Formed plastic bottom has a spill guard. Workstation contains both fluorescent and UV germicidal lights with a safety switch to prevent operating both lights at the same time. Other features include electrical overload protection, illuminated controls, removable top cover for easy access to lightbulbs, and ground key cock valve for gas circulation.
