PYREX® borosilicate glass gas dispersion tubes used to disperse or scrub gas in liquids in test tubes or flasks.
- Very good chemical resistance
- High temperature resistance
- Minimal thermal expansion for high resistance to temperature changes
The size of gas bubbles depends upon the porosity of the fritted cylinder and the liquid used. The finer porosity discs give smaller bubbles however greater gas pressure is required.
