• D-Value: not lower than 1.5 minutes at 121 °C, another D/value is informed at 132 and 135 °C

Upon completion of the sterilization cycle, incubate the indicator for a maximum of 24 hours at temperature between 55 to 62 °C for 24 hours (maximum).
