Fluorescence rapid read-out after 2 hours of incubation at 60 °C with Bionova Minibio Autoreader device (find it in accesories table).

Culture medium 0.5 to 0.7 ml, purple color. An optional PH color change confirmation could be made after 48 hours of incubation. If sterilization process has not been sucessful, culture medium will change to a greenish color first, and then to yellow when incubation at 60 °C, thus showing the presence of spores.

If 7-day readout is performed, a humidfied environment will be required to avorid medium to dry out.
