About this item

For clean pumping systems to prevent back-migration of rotary pump oil vapor into the system

Note: To minimize vapor absorption during pump down, a valved bypass line is recommended.

It is ideal for two-stage pumps operating below 1mbar. Trap is filled with activated alumina, which has excellent oil vapor trapping properties. For models RV3, RV5, RV8, and R12.
