Blue college-ruled pages are sewn and bound in a sealed, chemical-resistant cover. Index page permits easy data retrieval from 96 numbered, non-removable pages. Every page has dual signature lines. Usable in aseptic environments after autoclaving.
Ordering information: Cleanroom laundered and packaged with SolventSafe Bag-Within-A-Bag® technology to minimize levels of releasable particles, ions, and nonvolatile residue. Packaging allows exterior bag to be wiped with alcohol before introduction to a cleanroom.
