PureCube IDA XL (iminodiacetic acid) agarose resin is used for IMAC-based protein purification and protein enrichment methods.

The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 400 µm, which is very large. This size is useful for very high flow rates in, e.g., FPLC assays or very viscous cell media. Since the affinity of an IDA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer IDA agarose resin uncoupled to any metal ion in case we do not offer your desired IDA + metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can, in turn, attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads.
