About this item
The P5 primary cell 96-well Nucleofector® kit is one of our five kits suited for medium-throughput transfection of primary cells when working with the 4D-Nucleofector® 96-well unit.
- High transfection efficiencies for primary cells
- Cells maintain functionality post transfection
- Conditions are transferable between 4D-Nucleofector® System, 96-well Shuttle® System and 384-well Nucleofector® System
This kit has been determined to be optimal for transfecting following cell types:
HUVEC
Skeletal Myoblast, hum.
The kit is available in different variants for either 1×96 or 10×96 reactions.
Applications:
Transfection of low cell numbers in the range of 5×10⁴ to 1×10⁶ cells
Medium throughput applications.
Optimization of transfection conditions e.g. substrate titrations.
