The cell line optimization 96-well Nucleofector® kit is the ideal tool to conveniently and rapidly determine Nucleofection conditions for cell lines lacking an optimized protocol for the 4D-Nucleofector® 96-well unit.

  • Convenient and rapid determination of optimal Nucleofection conditions for a broad range of primary cells within one experiment
  • Optimal Nucleofection conditions determined on the 4D-Nucleofector® 96-well Unit are transferable to the 4D-Nucleofector® System or the 384-well HT Nucleofector® System

With the unique capability of the 4D-Nucleofector® 96-well Unit to address individual wells of a 96-well Nucleocuvette® Plate with different programs, primary cell optimizations are easily performed within one experiment. Using one 96-well Nucleocuvette® plate and our pmaxGFP® vector as positive control, our three cell line Nucleofector® Solutions SE, SF and SG are tested in combination with a pre-selected set of programs plus controls.

Applications: Determination of Nucleofection conditions for cell lines lacking an optimized protocol for the 4D-Nucleofector® 96-well unit.

Delivery: Content: 0.675 ml Nucleofector® Solution SE, 0.675 ml Nucleofector® Solution SF, 0.675 ml Nucleofector® Solution SG, 3×0.15 ml Supplement 1, 50 µg pmaxGFP® Vector (1 μg/μl in 10 mM Tris pH 8.0), 1×96-well Nucleocuvette® plate.
