SatPax® 1000 combines Durx® 670 non-woven wipers, composed of a hydroentangled non-woven blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester, with various saturation levels of isopropyl alcohol and DI water.
- Pre-wetted with 99% IPA, 1% DI water, 45% saturation
- Low extractables and fiber and particle counts
- Smooth and durable with good wet strength
- Reduces alcohol usage and preparation/handling costs
- Reduces VOC emissions
- Increases cleaning efficiency as well as cleaning protocol consistency
This pre-wetted format in a convenient canister provides a cost-effective and easy-to-use solution versus traditional bulk handling of solvents, maintenance of squirt bottles, and inconsistent wetting and cleaning associated with wetting a dry wiper.
Certifications: ISO Class 5 – 8. Cleanroom Class 100 – 100,000. EU Grade B/C/D. USP <797>.
Packaging: Wipers are packaged 100 sheets per pack, 12 packs per case, for a total of 1200 sheets per case.
