The genomic DNA 165 kb kit is used in the assessment of high molecular weight (HMW) genomic DNA quality control required for long-read NGS libraries. This kit is designed to run with an optimized pulsed-field separation method enabling accurate sizing of HMW gDNA through 165 kb.
