From small labs to large bioprocessing areas, the system boasts Ecolab’s Bioquell hydrogen peroxide vapor bio-decontamination technology which utilizes an EPA registered sterilant in Bioquell hydrogen peroxide sterilant (EPA registration number (72372-1-86703).
The Bioquell ProteQ offers built-in aeration, but cycles can be optimized further with optional wirelessly controlled aeration units stored directly in the system’s frame. Bio-decontaminate exposed surfaces in a single cycle easily for a 6-log sporicidal kill.
The body of the unit contains the hydrogen peroxide dispersion and distribution system for rooms up to 400 m³ (depending on configuration, load and environmental conditions). It contains a dual bottle module with RFID reading for large volume bio-decontamination and key data collection. Built-in aeration capability comes as a standard feature in every Bioquell ProteQ.
Up to three Bioquell ProteQ systems can be run simultaneously from a single master controller, making larger spaces simple to bio-decontaminate.
