clearSTILL 200 is a single-stage wiped film distillation machine designed to refine and clarify viscous oils. Featuring a single evaporator, a substantial jacketed reservoir, a cold finger and a condenser, a roughing pump and a turbo vacuum capable of meeting a wide range of separation goals.
The equipment may be used for low boiler stripping operations and oil refinement and purification. The equipment supports throughput capacity of 2 to 3 L per hour and is manually operated.
The equipment can be ordered at the time of production with a GMP compliant documentation package that will aid in GMP commissioning and qualification.
