Reaction vessel lid is constructed of ¹/₄" thick #316 S.S. with a ¹/₈" thick PTFE gasket underneath. The only material exposed to the reaction is PTFE.

Lid has seven openings that accept 45/50 outer PTFE inserts. One neck is a bulk addition port is 80 mm reaction flange with o-ring groove. Inserts are secured to the lid using glass filed PTFE nuts. Lid can be used on any of our CG-1968-W style reactors.
