HiScale columns are packed on demand for you with Superdex 200 Increase, Superdex 75 Increase, and Superose 6 Increase SEC (gel filtration) resins. The columns are available in two sizes: 16 × 400 mm and 26 × 400 mm. These two column sizes enable purification of sample volumes up to 3.2 and 8.5 ml, respectively.
