Heat tightness and insulation design of the chamber achieves an energy saving rate of about 40% at constant temperature compared to previous models.

Users can adjust the temperature setting with a digital key. Operation functions include fixed-temperature operation, program operation, and duration/timer operation functions. Display functions include integration time, calendar time, calibration offset, power consumption, CO₂ discharge, heater operation, and time display. Safety features such as self-diagnostic functions, a key lock function, and an electric leakage breaker with over-current protection are provided.

A TRIAC zero-cross control manages the heater circuit. Ovens feature one Scirocco fan, and the largest unit features two. They also feature a stainless pipe heater, and the largest two units have two each. The ovens' interior is made of stainless steel, and the exterior features electro-galvanized steel sheet with epoxy and melamine-resin baking finish. Brackets and a shelf are provided.
