About this item
Biotin anti-human IFN-γ [4S.B3]; Isotype: Mouse IgG1, κ; Reactivity: Human, Cross-Reactivity: Chimpanzee, Baboon, Cynomolgus, Rhesus; Apps: ELISA Detection, ELISPOT Detection, ICFC; Size: 500 μg
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA detection applications, a concentration range of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of IFN-γ recombinant protein ranging from 1000 to 8 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. For use as an ELISPOT detection antibody, a concentration range of 1-4 μg/ml is recommended. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 μg per 106 cells in 100 μl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
